I bought 2 of these mugs and at first I was like $30 is a lot for a mug add on to the fact that I bought 2 for a whopping $60 and I thought I had lost my mind but the ability to customize them with so many different options sold me! I place my order and anxiously awaited the arrival of my crazy expensive mugs. A week or 2 later they arrived and I ripped open the package in excited anticipation to be sadly disappointed that one of the mugs was missing one of the dogs!!!! What!?!? I exclaimed how could they do this! The likeness of my poor Sullivan was not there! I quickly contacted customer service and explained the situation and they were quick to reply! Oh no they exclaimed we’ll get this corrected immediately! My very negative doubting self rolled my eyes and thought oh yeah sure they will but to my delight in about a week I had a brand new mug complete with little Sullivan’s likeness on it. I was overjoyed and so delighted. I danced around the house with my cute little mugs showing everyone who would look and exclaiming see how cute they are!! All in all the mugs are excellent quality very well printed and really just so cute! The company itself is very customer friendly and quick to right a wrong! I would definitely order from them again!
